STUDENT FREE DAY ARRANGEMENTS FOR 2020

The Department of Education & Training allocates four Pupil Free Days each year and this includes the first day for 2020 (Wednesday, 29 January). Children do not attend school on this day as teachers are involved in Professional Development activities. The first day of school for children is Thursday, 30 January 2020.

The dates for the additional days for 2020 are:

  • Monday 24 February
  • Friday 24 April
  • Tuesday, 23 June (Student Reporting Day – students attend with parents for their nominated time only)
